This policy explains what information we collect across various Kwad apps, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to keep this short and clear.
This policy applies to the Kwad Studios website, apps, and related services. Features may grow over time. When we add something that meaningfully changes how we handle personal data, we will update this page.
Depending on how you use our services, we may collect:
Account information — such as email address and basic profile details when you create an account.
Usage and device data — things like app version, device type, approximate region, crash logs, and how features are used, so we can keep our apps and services reliable and secure.
Website data — standard web logs and similar technical data when you browse the public site.
Payments — if you subscribe or buy add-ons, payment providers process your payment details. We receive billing status and entitlements, not your full card number.
Ad-related technical data — on ad-supported experiences (for example the free tier), limited technical signals used to show and measure ads, such as device or advertising identifiers, IP address, and approximate region. We do not send your collection contents to ad partners.
We use this information to:
Provide services to you
Operate accounts, sync, backups, and support
Show ads on free or otherwise ad-supported experiences
Enforce our Terms of Service, prevent abuse, and protect the service
Communicate about the service (for example account, security, or product notices)
Meet legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with:
Service providers who help us provide our services (hosting, auth, analytics, payments, email)
Partners needed for a feature you use, in limited ways
Advertising partners that help deliver ads on ad-supported experiences — they may receive limited technical data like the examples above, not your personal details
Other users, when you choose to make something public or share it through social features
Authorities when required by law, or to protect our services, our users, or others
A buyer or successor if our apps or services are involved in a merger, sale, or similar transaction
We ask providers to use personal data only to perform services for us.
You can turn off optional cloud features when offered, subject to plan limits and grace periods.
Paid plans are ad-free when offered. You can also use device or platform controls (for example limit ad tracking) where available.
Our apps and services are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
We may update this policy as our apps and services grow. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
