KW Collective was founded by Lizzy Knights-Ward, a former leader at LinkedIn with deep marketing experience at Hootsuite, WPP, and Google. In addition to providing short-term B2B marketing expertise for projects and programs, KW Collective supports leaders who care about their team's well-being and workplace experience. She is deeply motivated by creating better work experiences and positive, psychologically safe work cultures to improve productivity and growth. With an MSc in Organisational Psychology and a soon-to-be qualified CPD Forest Therapy Practitioner, Lizzy partners with organizations to better understand their internal culture and create tailored pilots, process and response programs to enable teams and individuals to do their best work.
