Mr. Wakulira Joseph Laurent Kiyimba is a distinguished Ugandan entrepreneur and finance professional with extensive experience in financial management, business development, and enterprise leadership. His career reflects a strong dedication to innovation, integrity, and sustainable growth across Uganda’s private sector.

He holds a Degree in Finance from Makerere Business School and a Certificate in Computer Science and Business Studies from YMCA, a combination that has equipped him with both analytical precision and technological insight — qualities that define his professional excellence.

Mr. Wakulira began his career at YMCA, where he served as Office Assistant to the Director during school holidays — an early experience that nurtured his administrative discipline and understanding of organizational systems. He later joined an MTN network contractor, gaining valuable experience in telecommunications, network operations, and field coordination.

Between 2019 and 2020, he served as Finance Officer at Kampala International University (KIU), contributing to financial oversight and compliance improvement. From 2022 to 2024, he was Finance Manager at Agro Cash Ltd in Lira City, where his leadership strengthened budgeting, audit control, and operational accountability within the organization.

Mr. Wakulira is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of KVN Carsphere, a forward-thinking automotive and digital enterprise that provides vehicle sales, GPS tracking, car hire, and online service solutions. Through KVN Carsphere and its related ventures — including MotorMate Elite Ltd and Sabadu Motors — he is redefining the automotive experience in Uganda by integrating technology with mobility, convenience, and reliability.
