KNU Vision & Learning Lab

KNU Vision & Learning (KVL, 크블) Lab at the Department of Artificial Intelligence in Kyungpook National University (KNU), was established in Sep. 2019. We mainly focus on solving image-based deep learning problems such as object recognition/detection, generative adversarial networks, video recognition, and so on. Also, we are interested in vision transformer (ViT), self-supervised learning, AutoML, domain adaptation, and life-long learning. However, research topics are not limited, and we are going to explore new and interesting research topics which are related to Deep Learning or Computer Vision.

Why KVL Lab?

Our Lab conducts outstanding AI researches to submit papers to top-tier conferences in AI, such as CVPR, ICCV, AAAI, NeurIPS, and ICML. See Publication page.

Our Lab provides GPU machines to all the members in order to train deep learning models. We have a DGX A100 server (8 A100 GPUs), 12 Quadro 8000 GPUs, and 12 Quadro A6000 GPUs, 8 Titan RTX GPUs.

Our Lab provides reasonable research funding to encourage members to focus on research. See Project page.

Our Lab actively supports members participating in AI challenges and achieving good results. See Challenge page.
