To ensure equal access for all, only one book can be issued per student per day.
The library remains open during lunch hours for book borrowing and returns.
Books may be returned anytime during school hours.
Reference books such as encyclopedias, dictionaries, and atlases are not issued.
These resources are available for use within the library during periods or free time.
For project work or special assignments, students may borrow reference books with permission from the concerned teacher.
Latest issues of magazines and journals are for in-library reading only.
Previous issues may be issued to students and staff for home reading.
As per NEP 2020’s learner-friendly policy, no overdue fines are charged to students.
Students are expected to develop a sense of responsibility and return books on time.
To promote foundational literacy and love for reading among younger students:
A separate Junior Library serves the Primary Section.
Books are rotated regularly to maintain Class Libraries in primary grades, making reading materials easily accessible to all.
