Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Kuuk mobil uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) kullandığınızda hangi kişisel verileri işlediğimizi, bu verileri nasıl kullandığımızı ve haklarınızı açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
1. Veri sorumlusu
Kuuk uygulaması kapsamında kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesinden uygulama işletmecisi sorumludur. Sorularınız için: destek@kuuk.app
2. Topladığımız veriler
2.1 Hesap ve kimlik bilgileri
• Ad, soyad / görünen ad
• E-posta adresi
• Şifre (sunucuda güvenli biçimde saklanır; düz metin olarak tutulmaz)
• Google veya Apple ile giriş yaptığınızda ilgili sağlayıcıdan alınan kimlik doğrulama bilgileri (ör. kimlik jetonu) ve hesabınızı oluşturmak için gerekli temel profil bilgileri
2.2 Profil ve tercihler
• Boy ve kilo (isteğe bağlı; kalori tahmini için)
• Alerjen tercihleri
• Avatar / görünüm tercihi
• Dil, koyu mod ve benzeri uygulama ayarları
• Pişirme modu için özel sesli uyandırma ifadesi (cihazda saklanır)
2.3 Uygulama kullanım verileri
• Dolap (pantry) malzemeleri
• Favori tarifler
• Tarif arama, kategori ve “Ne Yesem” / öneri istekleri
• Sunucuya gönderdiğiniz malzeme listeleri (tarif önerisi için)
2.4 Cihaz izinleri aracılığıyla işlenen veriler
Yalnızca ilgili özelliği kullandığınızda ve izin verdiğinizde:
• Kamera / fotoğraf galerisi: Malzeme tespiti için çektiğiniz veya seçtiğiniz görüntüler
• Mikrofon ve konuşma tanıma: Pişirme modunda sesli komutlar (ör. sonraki / önceki adım)
• Bildirimler: Pişirme zamanlayıcıları ve uygulama bildirimleri (işletim sistemi izinlerine bağlı)
2.5 Teknik veriler
• Oturum / kimlik doğrulama jetonları (cihazda güvenli depolama)
• Hata ayıklama ve hizmet sürekliliği için gerekli teknik günlükler (mümkün olduğunca sınırlı)
3. Verileri nasıl kullanıyoruz
• Hesabınızı oluşturmak, giriş yapmak ve güvenliğini sağlamak
• Tarif, malzeme önerisi ve kişiselleştirilmiş deneyim sunmak
• Alerjen uyarıları ve profil tabanlı öneriler sağlamak
• Fotoğraftan malzeme tanıma ve yapay zekâ destekli öneriler üretmek
• Sesli komutlarla pişirme adımlarında gezinmeyi kolaylaştırmak
• Uygulama ayarlarınızı hatırlamak ve senkronize etmek
• Destek taleplerinize yanıt vermek
• Yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek
4. Hukuki dayanaklar
• Sözleşmenin ifası (hizmetin sunulması)
• Açık rızanız (ör. kamera, mikrofon, isteğe bağlı sağlıkla ilgili profil alanları)
• Meşru menfaat (güvenlik, hizmet iyileştirme, dolandırıcılığın önlenmesi)
• Yasal yükümlülük
5. Verilerin paylaşımı
Kişisel verilerinizi satmayız.
Veriler yalnızca şu durumlarda üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılabilir:
• Kimlik doğrulama sağlayıcıları: Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple (ilgili sağlayıcının kendi gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir)
• Altyapı / barındırma ve yapay zekâ hizmet sağlayıcıları: Tarif üretimi, malzeme önerisi veya görüntü analizi için gerekli olduğu ölçüde
• Yasal zorunluluk: Mahkeme kararı veya yetkili mercilerin talepleri
Üçüncü taraf hizmetler yalnızca hizmetin sunulması için gerekli veriyi işler.
6. Uluslararası aktarım
Sunucular veya hizmet sağlayıcılar Türkiye dışında bulunabilir. Bu durumda verileriniz, uygulanabilir koruma önlemleriyle (ör. sözleşmesel güvenceler) aktarılabilir.
7. Saklama süreleri
• Hesap verileri: hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece
• Profil, tercih, dolap ve favori verileri: hesabınızla ilişkili olduğu sürece veya siz silene kadar
• Kimlik doğrulama jetonları: oturum süresince / çıkış yaptığınızda geçersiz kılınır
• Destek yazışmaları: talebin çözümü ve yasal saklama süreleri boyunca
Hesabınızı silme talebinde bulunursanız, yasal olarak saklamamız gerekenler hariç verilerinizi makul süre içinde siler veya anonimleştiririz. Silme için: destek@kuuk.app
8. Güvenlik
• Kimlik doğrulama jetonları cihazda güvenli depolama ile saklanır
• Sunucu ile iletişimde şifreli bağlantılar kullanılır (mümkün olan yerlerde)
• Erişim, hizmeti işletmek için yetkili sistemlerle sınırlıdır
Hiçbir sistem %100 güvenli değildir; riskleri azaltmak için makul teknik ve idari önlemler alırız.
9. Çocukların gizliliği
Kuuk, 13 yaşın (veya bulunduğunuz ülkedeki daha yüksek yaş sınırının) altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bu yaşın altında bilerek veri toplamayız. Böyle bir durum fark edilirse verileri sileriz.
10. Haklarınız
Uygulanabilir veri koruma mevzuatı kapsamında (ör. KVKK / GDPR):
• Verilerinize erişim talep etme
• Düzeltme veya güncelleme
• Silme (“unutulma”)
• İşlemeyi kısıtlama veya itiraz
• Rızayı geri çekme (rızaya dayalı işlemeler için)
• Şikayette bulunma (yetkili veri koruma otoritesine)

Uygulama içinden profil bilgilerinizi güncelleyebilir, ayarları değiştirebilir ve çıkış yapabilirsiniz.
11. Cihaz izinleri
İzinleri cihaz ayarlarından istediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz. İzni kapatırsanız ilgili özellik (ör. fotoğrafla malzeme ekleme veya sesli komutlar) çalışmayabilir; uygulamanın geri kalanı kullanılabilir kalır.
12. Politika değişiklikleri
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinde veya e-posta ile bilgilendirme yapabiliriz. “Son güncelleme” tarihi güncellenir.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process when you use the Kuuk mobile application (the “App”), how we use it, and your rights. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
1. Who is responsible
The operator of the Kuuk App is responsible for processing your personal data in connection with the App. Contact: destek@kuuk.app
2. Data we collect
2.1 Account and identity
• First name, last name / display name
• Email address
• Password (stored securely on our servers; not kept in plain text)
• If you sign in with Google or Apple: authentication information from that provider (e.g. identity token) and basic profile details needed to create your account
2.2 Profile and preferences
• Height and weight (optional; used for calorie estimates)
• Allergen preferences
• Avatar / appearance preference
• Language, dark mode, and similar app settings
• Custom voice wake phrase for cooking mode (stored on device)
2.3 App usage data
• Pantry / fridge ingredient lists
• Favorite recipes
• Recipe search, category browsing, and “What should I cook” / suggestion requests
• Ingredient lists you send to our servers for recipe suggestions
2.4 Data processed via device permissions
Only when you use the related feature and grant permission:
• Camera / photo library: Images you take or select for ingredient recognition
• Microphone and speech recognition: Voice commands in cooking mode (e.g. next / previous step)
• Notifications: Cooking timers and app alerts (subject to OS permission)
2.5 Technical data
• Session / authentication tokens (secure storage on device)
• Limited technical logs needed for reliability and troubleshooting
3. How we use your data
• Create and secure your account and sign-in
• Provide recipes, ingredient suggestions, and a personalized experience
• Show allergen warnings and profile-based recommendations
• Recognize ingredients from photos and generate AI-assisted suggestions
• Navigate cooking steps with voice commands
• Remember and sync your settings
• Respond to support requests
• Meet legal obligations and prevent abuse
4. Legal bases
• Performance of a contract (providing the service)
• Your consent (e.g. camera, microphone, optional health-related profile fields)
• Legitimate interests (security, service improvement, fraud prevention)
• Legal obligation
5. Sharing of data
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share data only with:
• Authentication providers: Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple (their own privacy policies apply)
• Infrastructure / hosting and AI service providers: to the extent needed for recipe generation, suggestions, or image analysis
• Legal requirements: court orders or lawful requests by authorities
Third parties process only what is necessary to deliver the service.
6. International transfers
Servers or processors may be located outside your country (including outside Türkiye / the EEA). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections).
7. Retention
• Account data: while your account remains active
• Profile, preferences, pantry, and favorites: while linked to your account or until you delete them
• Auth tokens: for the session / invalidated on sign-out
• Support messages: for as long as needed to resolve the request and meet legal retention needs
If you request account deletion, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable time, except where we must retain it by law. Request deletion at: destek@kuuk.app
8. Security
• Auth tokens are kept in secure on-device storage
• We use encrypted connections to our servers where available
• Access is limited to systems needed to operate the service
No system is 100% secure; we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to reduce risk.
9. Children’s privacy
Kuuk is not directed at children under 13 (or a higher age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
10. Your rights
Under applicable data protection laws (e.g. GDPR / KVKK), you may have the right to:
• Access your data
• Rectify or update it
• Erase it (“right to be forgotten”)
• Restrict or object to processing
• Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

In the App you can update profile information, change settings, and sign out.
11. Device permissions
You can revoke permissions anytime in your device settings. If you revoke a permission, the related feature (e.g. photo-based pantry add or voice commands) may stop working; the rest of the App remains available.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. For material changes we may notify you in the App or by email. The “Last updated” date will change.
