What?

Kutztown University is preparing a KU in Japan study-abroad program**.  Accepted students will enroll in INT 010 Introduction to International Studies (3 credits from KU).  The program will include  3  weeks of  travel and exploration  in Japan with emphasis on Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto.  **(Pending approval from KU Council of Trustees)

When?   

May 22 and June  12 2024 and in May/June 2025 with dates TBD

Who?   

KU  and PASSHE students from all colleges and majors are welcome to apply to this program.   Seniors and Juniors will have precedence.  Other considerations include GPA and faculty letter of reference.

Our partner university, Kyorin University in Western Tokyo is helping to build an opportunity for KU students to experience a wide-range of Japanese art, culture and history as part of this Introductory International Studies course.

Travel is transformative.
