Booking an Appointment

Booking an appointment is easy, it's done online using a free app called StyleSeat. The app works on both Apple and Andriod devices. The app will require you to put a credit or debit card on file. Though, you will be able to pay using another method such as cash on the day when services are rendered. It is secure and easy to use. Securing your appointment with a Deposit

In order to secure your appointment, you must place a debit/credit card on file within the StyleSeat app. For services totaling $100.00 or more or more than 4 hours will require a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit amount is 25% of the total amount of services being booked, rounded up to the nearest whole dollar. See payment section for details on how to pay your deposit.

Deposits

• Appointments totaling more than 4 hours or $100.00 or more will be required to put down a deposit.
• Deposit amount is 25% of the total of the services being booked. (Use Venmo to pay deposit. See Payment section.)

Cancellations

• All cancellations must occur using the StyleSeat app.
• Any appointment cancelation must occur, at least, 24 hours prior to the date of service in order to prevent a no call/no show charge.
• Any cancellations after 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit. You will then need to book another appointment using StyleSeat. Some exceptions may apply. The deposit may be applied to the rescheduled appointment only if a new appointment is rescheduled within 72 hours of the original cancellation.
• Rescheduling appointments to another time slot on the same day of the original appointment will not incur a cancellation or rescheduling fee, given availability.

• The primary method of payment is via debit/credit card using StyleSeat. All major credit cards accepted.
• Cash is accepted in lieu of electronic payment at the time when services are rendered. Though, a debit/credit card will need to be on file at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged.
• Funds can be transferred using Venmo (@katrina-davis-7). This is in particular for deposits.
