For each 60 minute class:

Card owner = 1 stamp from card owner's package

Card owner + 1 friend = 2 stamps from card owner's package

Card owner + 2 friends = 3 stamps from card owner's package

As the card is non-transferable, card owner must be present at the time of class registration. Guests are not allowed to use the class card without Card owner's presence.

Card owner must also be present with their guests throughout the class(es).

V A L I D I T Y

Strictly no extension of package validity

In case of discrepancies, KUS Studio's decision is final

T e r m s & C o n d i t i o n s

1) All classes are subject to availability and booking.

2) All memberships/packages are non-refundable.

3) All memberships/packages are non-transferrable.

4) There is strictly NO extension of expiry date, for any reason whatsoever.

5) The class card must be presented upon class registration.

6) The class card is invalid once lost or tampered with.

7) KUS Studio will not be held responsible for any form of injury, death, loss or damage of property in or outside of studio.

8) KUS Studio reserves the right to refuse entry towards any undesirable patron.

W a i v e r a n d R e l e a s e o f L i a b i l i t y

In this declaration, I/we, the owner/holder of this membership, hereby agree that I/we will not hold KUS STUDIO PTE LTD, their appointed staff or officials responsible in any way for any mishaps, injuries or loss of life, for loss or damage to any property howsoever arising out of or in the course of or in connection with the activities which I/we have opted to take part in; and I/we shall indemnify KUS STUDIO PTE LTD and their appointed staff and officials from and against any actions, proceedings, liabilities, claims, damages, cost and expenses, which may be brought by or asserted by or against KUS STUDIO PTE LTD and their appointed staff and officials by any person in connection with the activities and which has been caused whether directly or indirectly, by any act or omission on my/our part. I/We have read and understood the terms and conditions stipulated above. I/We hereby agree to abide by and be bound by such terms and conditions.
