Hello! I am Kushaal Kumar Pothula. I am currently studying in Grade 10.
I am deeply interested in Astronomy and Astrophysics.
When I was only 12 years old, I had made 2 astronomy theories on the origin of fast radio bursts, which I sent to NASA and got a reply from them.
I won the NASA Data Challenge, an astronomy challenge in which only 32 submissions are selected. My submission was selected as a standout entry and it was appreciated by a NASA scientist.
I am selected as Broadcom MASTERS International Delegate from India for the International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) 2020.
I can answer graduate-level astronomy questions and problems.
I have written two astrophysics papers when I am in Grade 10.
I am a member and mentor of Pulsar Search Collaboratory, a scientific collaboration for analyzing Radio Data and finding Pulsars, and I am also a member of North American Nanohertz Observatory for Gravitational Waves (NANOGrav) Student Teams of Astrophysics ResearcherS : NANOGrav STARS program.
You can download my CV (Curriculum Vitae) here.
Preprints written by me. They are available for open access on Research Square.

When I was only 12 years old, I had made two Astronomy theories on my own and sent it to NASA, for which they replied to me and appreciated my work.
I won the NASA Data Challenge 2020 winter season, an Astronomy challenge in which only 32 submissions are selected worldwide. My submission was selected as a Standout Entry and it was appreciated by a NASA Scientist.
I was selected as an International Delegate from India for the International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) 2020 and I had to travel to Anaheim, California, USA.
I am a member and mentor of Pulsar Search Collaboratory, a scientific collaboration for analyzing Radio Data and finding Pulsars.
I am a member of North American Nanohertz Observatory for Gravitational Waves (NANOGrav) Student Teams of Astrophysics ResearcherS : NANOGrav STARS program.
My Astronomy paper and research was appreciated by the Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society.
I am a Finalist at the International Astronomy and Astrophysics Competition (IAAC).
Special prize and selection as an International Delegate and selection for representing India at ISEF 2020.
