Privacy Policy for the mobile app "KuralMath"

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes the policy regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information obtained and/or collected when using the mobile application "KuralMath" (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"). This Application is developed and maintained by Kuralin Vadim Sergeevich (hereinafter referred to as "I", "me", or "mine").

I respect your right to privacy and strive to protect the personal information you provide. This policy explains how I process information when you use my App.

2. Collecting information

The application uses the following third-party SDKs that may collect data automatically:

2.1. Yandex Mobile Ads SDK (advertising)

The application uses the Yandex advertising network (Yandex Mobile Ads SDK version 8.3.0) to display ads. Yandex Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects the following data categories:

• Device IDs: Google Advertiser ID (GAID) and anonymous identifiers generated by the SDK

• Application usage data: time and duration of sessions, screens that you view

• Technical information: type and version of the operating system, device model, screen resolution

• Network information: connection type (Wi-Fi or mobile data), language and region information

• Ad interaction data: impressions, clicks, and other interactions with advertisements

This data is collected automatically through the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK and is transmitted to Yandex in encrypted form.

2.2. AppMetrica SDK (analytics)

The application uses the AppMetrica SDK (Yandex analytics platform) to collect usage statistics. AppMetrica automatically collects the following data:

• Device identifier: an anonymous identifier generated by the SDK

• Device information: model, operating system version, screen resolution

• Usage events: information about interaction with the application, including:

  • Daily training goal achievements and consecutive day streaks

  • Training plan overachievement

  • Obtaining protective mechanisms (freezes)

  • Collection ratings

  • Freeze usage

• Event parameters: impersonal numeric and text parameters (streak days, training intensity, output mode, star count, etc.)

This data is transmitted to AppMetrica and used to analyze and improve the application. Events do not contain personally identifiable information (names, email addresses, passwords, etc.).

3. How the collected data is used

3.1. Advertising data (Yandex Mobile Ads SDK)

The data collected through the advertising SDK is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Displaying relevant and personalized ads

• Evaluating the effectiveness of advertising campaigns

• Preventing advertising fraud

• Ensuring the operation and improvement of advertising services

All advertising data is processed in accordance with Yandex's Privacy Policy.

3.2. Analytics data (AppMetrica SDK)

The data collected through AppMetrica is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Analyzing application usage (frequency of use, feature popularity)

• Evaluating the effectiveness of the training process and user progress

• Identifying issues and bottlenecks in the application

• Improving the user experience and the quality of the application

All analytics data is processed in accordance with Yandex's Privacy Policy.

IMPORTANT: My app does not have access to data collected by the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK and does not use it for any purpose other than displaying ads. I do not store or process this data on my servers. AppMetrica data is used only in aggregated form for analytics and improving the application. The app is completely standalone and does not contain any registration, commenting, or user profile functionality.

The collected information is not linked to your personal information and does not allow for direct identification.

4. Guarantees of limited data use

I guarantee that the data collected through the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK and AppMetrica SDK:

1. Not used for user profiling outside of ad display and analytics

2. They do not contact the user's identity directly

3. Not shared with third parties, except within the relevant Yandex services

4. Not used for making decisions that affect the user

5. Not combined with other data sources to expand the user profile

I do not have the technical ability or legal right to use the collected data for any purpose other than displaying ads through the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK and analytics through the AppMetrica SDK. All data is processed exclusively by Yandex in accordance with their Privacy policy.

5. Security of the collected data

Although I do not store the collected data on my servers, I ensure data transfer security in the following ways:

• All data is transmitted via encrypted connections (HTTPS)

• Yandex Mobile Ads SDK and AppMetrica SDK use modern encryption methods to protect data

• I regularly update the SDK to the latest versions to ensure security

• I do not store or cache collected data in the app

I do not have access to the collected data, so I cannot store, process, or share it with third parties.

I strive to use commercially acceptable methods to protect your information, but unfortunately, I cannot guarantee absolute security. Transmitting information over the internet is not completely secure, and I cannot guarantee the safety of your information transmitted through my App.

6. User rights

Users have the following rights regarding data collected through the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK and AppMetrica SDK:

• Right to restrict personalized ads: Users can disable personalized ads through the Google Play Services settings on their device

• Right to reset the ad identifier: Users can reset their ad identifier in the device settings

• Right to limit analytics data collection: Users can restrict analytics data collection through the device privacy settings

• Right to information: Users can view full information about data collection in Yandex's Privacy Policy

To disable personalized advertising and restrict data collection:

1. Open the "Settings" on your device

2. Go to the "Privacy" or "Ads" section

3. Find the "Personalized Ads" or "Analytics data collection" option and disable it

7. Transfer of information to third parties

I do not share or sell any personal information that you provide through my App. However, as mentioned above, the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK and AppMetrica SDK may collect and use anonymous data in accordance with Yandex's Privacy Policy.

Yandex may share the collected data with its partners and affiliates in accordance with its privacy policies.

8. Children and privacy

My App is not intended for children under the age of 13. I do not intentionally collect personal data from individuals under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided me with personal data, please contact me. If I discover that I have collected personal data from children under the age of 13 without parental consent, I will take steps to delete such information.
