Kunjakanan Nath

I am a postdoctoral researcher in the number theory group at the Institut Élie Cartan de Lorraine (IECL), Nancy, working with Youness Lamzouri.

Previously, I was a J. L. Doob Research Assistant Professor (postdoc) in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where my postdoctoral mentor was Kevin Ford.  

I completed my Ph.D. at the Université de Montréal under the supervision of Dimitris Koukoulopoulos.

My research interests lie in analytic number theory, focusing on multiplicative number theory, sieve methods, distribution of primes, L-functions, and character sums.
