Atty. Kuit brings experience in law, governance, Islamic finance, and legal education.
In 2022, she started her private practice and has since handled civil, criminal, and administrative cases. Before becoming a lawyer, she honed her skills as a paralegal for four years, gaining valuable experience in legal writing, research, family and civil law, criminal law, labor law, and procedural law.
She currently serves as Attorney IV at the Ministry of Finance, Budget, and Management (MFBM), where she provides legal opinions on tax policies, fiscal policies, and internal policies.
With a passion for teaching, she is also a Public International Law instructor at Cotabato State University and has formerly taught Constitutional Law and Criminal Law instructor at Notre Dame University.
Her background as a Supervising Legislative Officer at the Bangsamoro Transition Authority further strengthened her expertise in law-making, policy development, and legislative analysis.
Atty. Kuit is also committed to continuous learning. She has attended various trainings and specialized courses. She holds an Intermediate Qualification in Islamic Finance and has completed a learning course relating to taxation at Deusto University in Bilbao, Spain.
Atty. Sinarimbo has a strong background in governance, legislation, and public policy.
In 2023, she began her private practice, handling a range of legal matters with a focus on civil, administrative, and political law.
She currently serves as Attorney IV at the Bangsamoro Attorney General’s Office, where she provides legal opinions on various matters related to the interpretation, implementation, and analysis of laws concerning the Bangsamoro Government.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, she has also worked as a Technical Adviser on Political Affairs, offering strategic legal guidance on policy development and governance issues.
Her expertise in legislative processes is further demonstrated through her role as a consultant for the Bangsamoro Revenue Code, where she contributed to the formulation of this legislation aimed at strengthening the region’s fiscal autonomy.
