Recruiting is Coming.
Q. Please introduce your club.
A. HORSEBACK, a gathering of equestrians, where everyone can be active for a long time, sharing their knowledges and experiences, developing their skills, enjoys the beauty of horseback riding.
Q. When do you recruit?
A. Every February and August, you can find our notice at Korea University (offline) board, this website, our instagram(@ku_horseback), or koreapas.com.
Q. I am a beginner/senior.
A. Our partner course provides various levels of lessons such as basic, intermediate, and dressage. Instructors will teach you according to your individual level, so you don't have to worry.
Q. I'm worried about the price.
A. Honestly, horseback riding is hard to be called not-burdensome. We are working on, however, to make it more affordable. For example, our members can ride a horse for nearly half the price at our partner course.
Q. Do I have to buy some tools?
A. For beginners, all you need is skinny jeans and running shoes. Everything else is prepared at the course.
Q. I cannot speak Korean.
A. You can interview in English when recruiting. Since, however, horseback riding would be extremely dangerous when you lose your attention, on-the-site communication is essentially required. Most of the instructors in our partner course speak Korean as their first language. We are sorry to say that we are therefore recruiting those who speak at least basic Korean.
Q. I want to know about the recruiting process.
A. After you write and submit the application form, we will have a short interview.
Q. Is there a mandatory period?
A. No mandatory period. However, You have to ride more than 8 times before the next semester begins to become a full member.
