Where do Kugelmasks come from?
When the pandemic began and it became apparent that masks were to become a part of our daily life, I began sewing masks for friends and family. Six months of tweaking and perfecting my patterns and sewing skills and people asking me where they can buy a mask, I'm finally launching a site to streamline the process for requests
How do I order a Kugelmask?
If you know what you want, send me an EMAIL with your requested pattern number and mask style. Or click on the order form link which will help walk you through your choices.
How do I now what size to order?
There are 6 sizes available. Most women wear size Small or Medium, while men range from Medium to Large. Xtra Small is available for more petite faces and is also good for big kids. Xtra Large is good for longer, wider faces. There is also a "Kid" size good for children under 6, this does not come with a flexible nose wire unless requested. If you are not sure I would advise to order up a size, better big than small.
Can I return my mask?
Not accepting any returns.
How do I pay for masks?
I accept Zelle (USD) and Etransfer (CND)
How long does shipping take?
At this time average shipping times through the US postal Service are approximately 1 to 2 weeks for domestic and approximately 2 to 3 weeks international.
What is the best way to wash a Kugelmask?
For the longevity of the mask it's best to hand wash in hot water and hang to dry. To wash in the machine I would suggest using a delicate bag. Do not put in the dryer.
Why does my Kugelmask look slightly different from the pictures posted on this site?
Each mask is individually made by me. There will be slight variations in each mask. That's what makes them special!
Can I order bulk masks or get a discount for ordering a larger quantity of masks?
All masks are hand sewn by me, unfortunately I cannot accommodate bulk orders at this time.
What if I want to make my own masks?
