Our work spans four interlinked themes: clinical chemistry, laboratory data standardization, microbial genomics, and machine learning applied to laboratory medicine. We integrate nationwide claims data, whole-genome sequencing, and real-world laboratory information system data to inform diagnostic stewardship and harmonize laboratory practice across institutions.
