# Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how M/S NASIR ENTERPRISES ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares information when you use the Kudo - Watch & Rewards mobile application (the "App"), and the choices you have.
## 1. Information we collect
Information you provide:
- account information, such as your display name, username and profile details;
- content you publish and messages you send to our support team.
Information collected automatically:
- device information: device model, operating system version, language, time zone, app version;
- identifiers: an app installation ID, your device's advertising ID (unless you deleted it in your device settings), the device IDs assigned by our measurement partners (Kochava or AppsFlyer) and the Facebook SDK's anonymous ID;
- usage information: videos watched, likes, points earned and redeemed, screens visited, session times;
- install source: the campaign labels of the link or ad you installed the App from (from Google Play, Meta apps or our measurement partners), including campaign, ad set and ad names and IDs, click IDs and an invite code if a friend invited you;
- approximate location derived from your IP address;
- crash and performance data.
## 2. How we use information
- to provide and operate the App, your account and the rewards program, including crediting invites in the referral program (performance of our contract with you);
- to keep the App secure and prevent fraud and abuse of the rewards program (legitimate interests);
- to send notifications you have enabled (consent, which you can withdraw in settings at any time);
- to measure the effectiveness of our marketing and attribute app installs, including passing the identifiers and install source above to our own promotional web pages (our legitimate interest in measuring our advertising; you can opt out in Settings);
- to show you relevant ads for the App on other apps and websites, and measure them (our legitimate interest; you can opt out in Settings);
- to comply with legal obligations.
## 3. Your privacy choices
From the first time you open the App, we share the information above with our advertising and measurement partners (section 4) to attribute installs and to measure and personalize ads. The first screen of the App tells you about this.
You can opt out at any time in Settings → "Share data with advertising partners". The partner SDKs then stop, and identifiers and campaign labels are no longer passed to our promotional pages; an invite code is still used to credit the referral program. Withdrawing does not limit your access to the App. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
## 4. Partners we share information with
Unless you switch sharing off in Settings, the App shares information with the following service providers, each acting under its own privacy policy:
- Kochava or AppsFlyer (one of them at a time) — install attribution and marketing measurement;
- Meta Platforms (Facebook SDK) — app events and ad measurement;
- TikTok (TikTok Business SDK) — app events and ad measurement;
- Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) — delivering push notifications.
We also use hosting and content delivery providers to operate the App. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
## 5. International transfers
Our partners may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
## 6. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the App, then delete or anonymize it, unless we must keep it longer to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
## 7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under Brazil's LGPD, Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law, Colombia's Law 1581, South Africa's POPIA, Nigeria's NDPA or Mexico's LFPDPPP), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing done before withdrawal. ## 8. Children
The App is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
## 9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
## 10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will ask you to review the updated Policy in the App.
