Meejung Bae is a PhD candidate of International Business at Korea University Business School (Advisor: Prof. MyeongHyeon Cho). Her current research interests focus on the comparative analysis of corporate governance especially board of directors between countries. She received her M.S. degree in Western History from Seoul National University. She has worked as a journalist for an economic daily and business magazine.

Jongik Chang is a Ph.D candidate of International Business (Finance) at Korea University Business School (Advisor: Prof. MyeongHyeon Cho).
