About Me

Hello! My name is Ms. Kubisek and I am a preservice elementary educator. I graduated with my Bachelor's degree in Spanish in May of 2024, and I expect to graduate with my Master's in Elementary Education in May of 2025. This year I am student teaching in a fifth grade classroom and I adore it.

My teaching philosophy for literature is grounded in explicit teaching of content and strategies to help students be successful readers and writers. Currently, I enjoy reading realistic fiction. A fun fact about me is that I have read a few novels in Spanish, including a novel for this library.
