Our founder, Samhita, has a strong background in Energy Healing, Chakra Work, and Meditation. As an avid Yoga Practitioner, Samhita decided to expand her Healing practice with Yoga. She traveled to India, land origin of Yoga, to train and receive her certification as a Yoga Teacher. During her practice as an Energy Healer, which, among other things, included Meditation and Yoga, she became aware of the well rounded benefits Yoga has to offer to her clients, for the physical, emotional and overall well-being.

Modern Day Yoga is heavily focused on Asanas aka Yoga Poses, whereas, traditionally, Yoga consists of 8 parts- Yama (Retraints), Niyama (Rules), Asana (Posture), Pranayama (Breathwork), Pratyahara (Withdrawal of Senses), Dharana (Concentration), Dhyana (Meditation) & Samadhi (Transcendental Meditation). While Kube Yoga will introduce you to many Yogasanas (Yoga poses), it will also introduce you to some other aspects of Yoga that is conventionally ignored. You can easily integrate these practices in your day to day life, effortlessly and draw immense benefits from it.
