Kuarters Penjara Simpang Renggam is actually an accommodation provided for staff working at Simpang Renggam Prison. Simpang Renggam Prison is a well-known correctional institution in Malaysia's Kluang District, constructed in 1982 and finished in 1986. The facility, which spans 82.6 hectares (198.2 acres), is primarily intended to house remand offenders awaiting trial and pre-release criminals, as well as external personnel. Since its inception on October 20, 1986, the jail has been committed to providing offenders with a secure, supervised, and organised environment while simultaneously concentrating on their rehabilitation and reintegration into society.
