1. What is a mobile notary?
A mobile notary is a commissioned notary public who travels to your location to notarize documents. This service adds convenience and flexibility for clients who prefer not to travel.
2. What types of documents do you notarize?
We handle a wide range of documents, including:
• Real estate documents (refinances, reverse mortgages, deeds, etc.)
• Estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney)
• Apostille work
• General notary work (affidavits, acknowledgments, jurats, etc.)
3. What areas do you serve?
We travel within a 45-mile radius of our home base. Please contact us to confirm if your location is within our service area.
4. What do I need to bring to my notary appointment?
You must bring a valid, government-issued photo ID such as:
• Driver’s license
• State ID
• Passport
• Military ID
The document(s) to be notarized should be complete but unsigned until the notary directs you to sign.
5. Can you notarize documents for someone who doesn’t speak English?
No. Both the signer and the notary must be able to communicate in the same language. If the signer cannot understand the document or the notary, the notarization cannot be completed.
6. Do you offer after-hours or weekend appointments?
Yes! We offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate your needs. Additional fees may apply for after-hours or urgent requests.
7. How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on the type and number of documents, travel distance, and any additional services such as apostille processing. Please contact us for a custom quote.
8. Do you offer remote online notarization (RON)?
At this time, we do not offer remote online notarizations. All services are conducted in person.
9. Can you provide witnesses if I don’t have any?
Yes, we may be able to provide witnesses for an additional fee. Please request this in advance to ensure availability.
