Lake
It was midday at a… lake? a sea? Probably an ocean.
Inspired by how ocean-like a lake can be, this painting of surface wave aims to create the illusion of vastness in a limited space. The drawing first started from parallel lines, then adding the wave (brushstroke) at the intersection. Analogous colors are used to harmonies all the little waves, and the value goes from light to dark to blend water with the sky.
