Meet Bentzy: These days, she sparkles and shines in the Southeast corner of the Rathbone Hall atrium, but she wasn't always so shiny, and she wasn't always called Bentzy. So how did she become who she is today?

Kansas Gamma's Bent monument is almost as old as our chapter itself. She's been moved a few times over the years and was even removed, away from the public eye, at one point. 

Many people had a hand in making her who she is today, and we're proud to tell her story. Who knows where she'll go next.

One advantage of the fact that Bentzy now lives indoors is that we can show out by decorating her with many different materials; we do just that. 

What started years ago as a way to direct attention to Bentzy in the atrium has turned into a internal competition to see just how extravagant the decorations can get before we are stopped by the authorities for making her too beautiful. 

We try to turn it up a notch each time! What will adorn Bentzy next month? Only time will tell...
