The project work was divided into three key milestones, each focusing on different phases of development. Milestone 1 centered on designing the user flow and setting up the foundational structure of the application. During this phase, user requirements were gathered, user flow diagrams were created, and the development environment was established with basic UI components. The database schema was also designed and connected to the application, resulting in a functional prototype. A key challenge was ensuring compatibility between the UI and backend during the setup process.Â
