Purpose of the Activity 

　　Tainan－the oldest city in Taiwan.  There will be a lot of activities in Tainan to welcome the 400th year of building Tainan city, including Taiwan Lantern Festival in Tainan next year.  Now we invite our friends all over the world to view Tainan by their perspective, and lead the friends from all over the world to know the historic sites, culture, and architecture 400 years ago.  We also hope that through others’ eyes, we could see the unique beauty which usually invisible.

Rules and Topic 

（一）Topic︰Foreigners experience life in Taiwan, like traditional crafts (painted movie billboards, Wu, Wan-Chun incense shop), Tainan old city, old street, regional revitalization, farmtour, sites of SDGs, tourism factory, and so on.  Please take a video to show how you experience.

（二）The language and captionss should be used the mother language of foreign applicants

（三）The length of the video must be 90 sec (±10sec), if the video cannot meet the requirement of the time or the topic, it cannot include the selection.

（四）Please upload your video to YouTube, and fill the URL on your application.

Review way and scoring 

（一）【Review by teams】Each language will be a group.  The first 3 teams of the group will get the prize.  If your score cannot reach the standard, you will not get any prize.
