OUR MISSION

The mission of the Liberty State Police Internal Affairs Division (IAD/OPS) is to conduct thorough, timely, and impartial investigations of alleged misconduct by the members of the Liberty State Police. These investigations will be appropriately documented legally and ethically. The IAD is staffed by department supervisors chosen by the Commissioner of the State Police. These chosen members investigate all complaints submitted using the LSP IAD Complaint Form/Tickets, and issue appropriate mediative actions to combat misconduct.
