우리 연구실에서는 나노 소재 (2차원 소재 등) 합성 및 물성 분석 연구 분야에 관심 있는 대학원생 및 학부 연구생을 모집하고 있습니다.

Research Interests

• Synthesis of nano-electronic materials and their characterizations.

•  Development of functional devices for human life based on studied our nanomaterials.

•  Previous and current interest topics are as follows.

1.       Carbon nanotube based NEMS devices

2.       Manipulation of individual carbon nanotube

3.       Fabrication of various types of nano-devices

4.       Synthesis, characterization, and application of VO2 nanomaterials

5.       Low temperature physics in nanomaterials

6.       Development of direct writable e-beam resists and their applications

7.       Synthesis, characterization, and application of graphene

8.       Approaching the new concept devices using functional-materials / graphene hybrid nanostructures
