Led the complete automation of library operations through the implementation of open-source Library Management Systems (LMS).
Introduced biometric-enabled access control and successfully implemented an advanced RFID-enabled library management system for circulation, inventory management, and security.
Established institutional repositories, Electronic Theses and Dissertations (ETD) repositories, and office communication repositories from inception, promoting long-term digital preservation, institutional memory, and seamless access to scholarly and administrative resources.
Developed and managed library websites and digital user engagement platforms, strengthening communication, outreach, and service delivery.
