참가비에는 행사 참가, 점심식사 및 coffee break가 포함될 예정입니다. 

주류는 참가비에 포함되지 않으며, 주문 시 개인 부담입니다.

The registration fee is expected to include event participation, lunch, and coffee break.  

Alcoholic beverages are not included and must be paid individually.

환불 정책 | Refund Policy

10월 5일까지 환불 신청 시 검토 후 100% 환불
10월 6일부터 환불 불가
행사 준비 및 장소 인원 확정 일정으로 인해 10월 6일부터 등록하시는 경우 환불이 불가능합니다.

Refund requests submitted by October 5 (CEST) will be eligible for a 100% refund.
No refunds will be issued starting October 6 (CEST).
Due to venue confirmation and event preparation requirements, registrations made from October 6 are not eligible for a refund.

숙박 지원 | Accommodation Support

룩셈부르크 외 지역에서 참석하는 일부 참가자를 대상으로 숙박비 일부를 지원할 예정입니다.

숙박 지원 신청은 별도 숙박 지원 신청서를 통해 받을 예정이며, 지원은 사전 신청 및 승인된 참가자에 한해 제공됩니다. 자세한 내용은 교통·숙박 안내 페이지를 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

교통비는 별도로 지원하지 않습니다.

Partial accommodation support may be available for selected participants coming from outside Luxembourg.  

Applications for accommodation support will be collected through a separate accommodation support form. Support will be provided only to pre-approved participants. Please refer to the Travel page for more details.

Transportation costs are not covered.

본 행사는 한국어를 주요 진행 언어로 하며 일부 세션은 영어로 진행됩니다.
The primary language of the seminar will be Korean. Some sessions will be conducted in English.
