Welcome to the Kerbal Space Administration; leading Kerbalkind into a new era of space exploration.
This website is a sort of "companion" for my more in-depth Kerbal Space Program blog site. You can check it out by clicking here.
This is Kerb-Shuttle Discovery just after the KS-17 mission, the final Kerb-Shuttle program mission, ended, showing the shuttle parked on the runway at the Kerbal Space Center. This was a special sight to see, just before Discovery was taken away by carrying trucks to be disassembled.
The first module deployed for the Kerbal Space Station (KSS), named Karya, built and deployed by the KSA. This space station was the first ever built and costed "way too many funds," as said by engineer Bill Kerman. He was right.
The Kalileo probe arrives at Jool. Its mission? To study the atmosphere and cloud composition of the gas giant and also study several of its moons. Very exciting!
Ah, yes, our Sun, Kerbol. It brings us warmth, and light, and life. An ongoing nuclear fusion reaction, extremely energetic, incredibly violent... And yet, it's the reason Kerbals are even around anyway. This image of Kerbol was taken with the VKT (Very Kerbal Telescope) observatory. It shows the corona very well, as well as the texture of the star's surface.
