We do not recommend swimming on the beach as the black flag indicates the presence of suction channels due to sand bank breaks and rip currents which is dangerous for the safety of the guest. Swim at your own risk, the hotel is not responsible for any damage.
You are entitled to one minibar stock per paid night at NO EXTRA CHARGE, if you request a refill with more drinks ON THE SAME DAY, you must pay $8 USD for up to 8 drinks (Tecate and Tecate light beer, Pepsi soft drinks, bottled water).
Only 5 bottles of water per day are provided in the room, one in the bathroom, two for the cafeteria and two in the minibar. In case of requesting more bottles they will have a cost of 8 USD for 8 bottles of water, you will also find water and ice vending machines distributed in all the towers, also in all the bars you will be able to request unlimited NON-BOTTLED water (We have CRISTAL certification that indicates that it is 100% safe for human consumption) *If you bring newborns or babies this policy is flexible*.
