Commissions Are Currently: Open
By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service
When commissioning a piece, please provide visual references. References make my job easier, and when my job is easier, your piece can be completed in a more timely manner.
If you are commissioning a new design, and thus do not have direct references for your character, please do your best to find references that are close to what you are looking for. Otherwise, if you are comfortable, feel free to allow me artistic liberty.
Prices may go up depending on complexity, you will be made aware of this prior to any payments being made.
Once a commission is completed, I will not make any changes unless it was a fault on my end.
To ensure that this is not needed, I will always send an image for verification during the sketch phase to check that the piece looks as you described.
If you change any details about your character after this phase, dependent on the complexity of those changes, I may change said details to keep your piece up-to-date with your current variation. If these changes are too complex (such as major changes to linework) I reserve the right to refuse to make these changes.
NEW: I will accept LIMITED alterations on your piece during the Linework and Colour phases. Linework alterations are more limited than Colour alterations because any alterations needed should be specified while in the Sketch phase of your piece.
Major alterations, ones that are deemed to be piece-breaking, may be requested
Repetitive minor alterations will not be accepted unless they are deemed detrimental to the piece.
Please keep in mind that I am a human, not a robot. I cannot make everything perfect, no matter how hard I may try to do so in order to make your piece as close to ideal as possible.
If you are requesting a colour alteration (for example, your original reference includes a blue flower, but you would like it to be pink instead,) please send me a reference of the direct colour choice you would like represented within the piece. I am a colour blind individual and rely on your colour reference being true to what you are requesting.
When posting my art, please ensure that you are always redirecting the piece to one of my social media links. Art is my income, and being stripped of credibility is detrimental to an artist.
I will post most commissions but may make changes. If there is a part of your commission that I deem to be something I do not want publicly attached to my social media sites, I will "censor" these areas to avoid any possible conflict with my followers. I keep my public image non-political and do my best to be aware of major triggers. We are here for art, and art only.
Following this, I will also remove any information that I deem to be "private." Things such as someone's name, or screen/usernames unless given permission to post the piece with these intact.
I reserve the right to decline a commission.
Please remember to communicate! It is important to me that we keep in contact to the best of our abilities in order to ensure satisfaction on both ends. I will always update you on my availability (or lack thereof) and I hope that you would do the same. If you are unable to keep in communication, your commission may go on hold, or may even be discarded. (See "Cancellations and Refunds")
Please keep commission-related communication impersonal.
You are forbidden from reproducing my artwork without my direct permission, including reproducing my artwork as NFTs or for any cryptocurrency-related reason, including being produced on the blockchain or any future platform as such, which includes any and all past, present, and future AI technologies. Failure to respect this will be met with a DMCA Report.
At least half of your payment must be made upfront. This is to ensure that, were a client to back out of the commission midway through, or if communication has ceased, I am not wasting my time for nothing.
Payment can be made via PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, Facebook Pay, or via my Ko-Fi link.
I do currently offer payment plans. This is subject to change at any time, so please be sure to ask about this first if you are seeking to pay in installments.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any point. (ex: If the client is resorting to harassment, being rude, or blatantly ignoring responses.)
If you wish to cancel a commission after payment and progress, you will receive a partial refund dependent on the work completed. You will receive a full refund if no work has been done.
Refunds will not be given once work has been completed.
You may repost my art so long as you give proper credit.
Please link back to any of my major social media sites, and absolutely DO NOT crop my signature out of the image you are reposting.
All commissions will be sent to you as a PNG file. If you need me to email the file to you in order to keep the transparency in the background, or if there is a quality issue when being sent via DMs on any social media site, please let me know.
Simplistic backgrounds are absolutely free of charge.
The time it takes me to complete a piece varies based on the complexity of the piece, and the number of pieces in my queue.
Please be aware that I am an individual with physical and mental health issues, and while I will always be open with you about any delays that may take part, note that I may have to put things on hold. I would not want to be in a bad mindset while working on commissions, as they then do not turn out to the best of my ability.
In regards to deadlines - I can make deadlines so long as they are realistic. If you are hoping to get a full piece done within the next day, it is unlikely that I will be able to do so, so please plan ahead of time if you're hoping to get something done in time for a certain date. Rush charges may apply.
