Welcome to Krishi Sanskriti!
This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Krishi Sanskriti mobile application, an aggregator platform designed to assist farmers by providing valuable agricultural information and services. By using this App, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Krishi Sanskriti App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. You must accept this Agreement before using the App. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should not use the App.

2. User Information

To provide an optimal user experience, the App may collect certain information from you, including:

• GPS Location: The App may access your GPS location to provide location-based services, such as weather updates, crop advisory services, and market price information relevant to your area.

• Access to Photos/Media: The app requires access to your photos/media for browsing and uploading local images as part of the app’s functionality (e.g., submitting farming-related photos). We only access this data temporarily for specific actions initiated by the user and do not store or use it for any other purposes.

3. Use of Information

The information collected by the App will be used solely for the following purposes:

• To enhance and personalize your experience on the App.

• To provide location-specific agricultural information and services.

• To communicate with you regarding App updates, new features, or services.

4. Data Privacy and Security

As a user of the Krishi Sanskriti App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

• Not to misuse the App in any way that could harm its functionality or security.

• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering and using the App.

6. Modifications to the Agreement

Krishi Sanskriti reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App. Your continued use of the App after any modifications indicate your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

7. Termination

Krishi Sanskriti reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Krishi Sanskriti will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or any of its content.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Government of India. Any disputes arising from this Agreement or the use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Government of India .
