Teacher's day

Teacher’s Day stands as a meaningful occasion to recognize the vital role mentors play in shaping both intellect and character. Iconic figures such as John Keating from Dead Poets Society, Dumbledore from Harry Potter, Anand from Super 30, and Ram Shankar Nikumbh from Taare Zameen Par represent the true spirit of teaching through their empathy, commitment, and transformative impact.

From her school years onward, she actively participated in Teacher’s Day celebrations with great enthusiasm. She especially enjoyed stepping into the role of a teacher planning lessons, organizing their structure, and presenting them to a small group of students. These celebrations were simple and traditional, usually confined to the classroom, using a blackboard and involving a limited audience.

However, during her postgraduate studies, her understanding of Teacher’s Day evolved significantly. At the departmental level, students engaged in more elaborate activities such as designing lectures, creating teasers, preparing PowerPoint presentations, producing videos, organizing quizzes, and even developing certificates. In today’s technology-driven academic environment, digital skills have become essential. Through this shift, she not only learned how to teach but also how to extend her academic reach and engage with a broader audience through innovative and technical approaches.
