• All players must stay in the listed country: Thailand / Malaysia / Singapore / Indonesia / Philippines

• All players must own an in-game L3 driving license

• All players must not use inappropriate name Ex:

  • Names that suggest hate speech, slurs or profanity, either implicitly or explicitly

  • Most names that invoke or refer to any historical, ethical, or political contexts

  • Names containing insults, grotesque imagery, and strong vulgarity

• If the racer wants to apply for the competition, the racer must change the in-game name before applying (Rename card can be bought)

• If the players’ name alphabet or symbol is missing but still readable as the name, Referee will comply to let the players compete

• All players are not allowed to change the name during the competition

• All teams are not allowed to change the player that did not match with the registration form

• All teams must have 4 players with an optional of 1 substitution. And all the players must have Discord ID

• All players must be able to use Discord application

• All players’ IDs must connect to SEA server only

• All players must check and carefully choose their devices before applying to the competition since one ID should be connected to one device only. To prevent ID owners from hiring others to compete, the referees will constantly check all players’ devices through the back-end system. any players’ ID change the connected devices, the owner and their team will be disqualified and banned from every competition of KartRider Rush+ 2021 tournament

• ผู้สมัครทุกคนจะต้องอาศัยอยู่ในประเทศ ไทย/มาเลเซีย/สิงคโปร์/อินโดนีเซีย/ฟิลิปปินส์

• ผู้สมัครจะต้องมีใบขับขี่ L3 ขึ้นไป

• ห้ามใช้ชื่อที่สุ่มเสี่ยง เช่น ห้ามตั้งชื่อเกี่ยวกับบุคคลในสถาบัน/การเมือง หรือคำหยาบอื่นๆ ที่ไม่ควร/ไม่สามารถพูดออก Livestream ได้ หากจะสมัคร ควรเปลี่ยนชื่อตัวละครก่อนสมัคร (โดยสามารถซื้อ "การ์ดเปลี่ยนชื่อ" ได้ที่ร้านค้าภายในเกม)

• ในการสมัครหากมีการตกหล่นตัวอักษรเล็กใหญ่ หรือสัญลักษณ์ต่างๆ โดยสามารถระบุเป็นชื่อเดียวกันได้ ทีมงานอนุโลมให้ทำการแข่งขันได้

• ไม่อนุญาตให้เปลี่ยนชื่อระหว่างการแข่งขัน

• ไม่อนุญาตให้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงสมาชิกในทีมที่ไม่ได้ลงทะเบียนไว้แล้วระหว่างการแข่งขัน

• ทุกทีมจะต้องมีสมาชิกครบ 4 คน สามารถมีตัวสำรองได้ 1 คน และผู้สมัครทุกคนจะต้องมีไอดีแอปพลิเคชั่น Discord

• ผู้สมัครจะต้องใช้บัญชีตัวละครที่เชื่อมต่อกับ Server SEA เท่านั้น

• ผู้สมัครทุกคนต้องสามารถใช้แอปพลิเคชั่น Discord ได้

• กรุณาตรวจสอบและตัดสินใจเลือกใช้อุปกรณ์การแข่งขันก่อนที่จะทำการลงทะเบียน เนื่องจาก เพื่อป้องกันการจ้างแข่ง ทางทีมงานจะมีการตรวจเช็คอุปกรณ์การแข่งของผู้เข้าแข่งขันทุกคนผ่านทางระบบหลังบ้านของเกมอย่างสม่ำเสมอ หากทีมงานพบว่าผู้เข้าแข่งขันท่านใดมีการเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์การเล่นเกมระหว่าง ณ วันที่ลงทะเบียน ถึงวันแข่งขันวันสุดท้าย เช่น ผู้เล่นใช้เครื่อง A ณ วันลงทะเบียน แต่ ณ วันแข่งขัน ผู้เล่นใช้เครื่อง B ผู้เข้าแข่งขันท่านนั้นและสมาชิกในทีมจะถูกปรับแพ้และตัดสิทธิ์จากการแข่งทุกทัวร์นาเมนต์ของเกม KartRider Rush+ ในปี พ.ศ. 2564

• The match format will be BO5 (Best of 5) for Item Team mode. The first team to win 3 games will be the winner and pass to the next round

• All players must be ready in the lobby of Discord during the match. If any players lost connection in that match, match restarting is not allowed and the game will still continue

• Live Streaming of the competition will be held in the phase 2 of the competition (16 teams). If any teams are unable to join and get ready in the lobby of Discord 15 minutes prior to the starting of the match for any reasons, the team will be disqualified immediately.

• Live streaming will have a delay of 1 minute throughout the competition.

• Tournament bracket will be announced via Discord on 4^th February 2021

Phase 1 Competition date

• 128 Teams round competition will be held on 7th February 2021

• 64 Teams round competition will be held on 11th February 2021

• 32 Teams round competition will be held on 14th February 2021

Phase 1 Competition Process

• After the system random the tournament bracket. Each team that stays on the top of bracket must be the one who creates the room and contacts the opponent team for a competition match IN DISCORD ONLY.

• Every team must manage to arrange the competition match during 12.00-23.59 GMT+7 (We set the time at 20.00 P.M. GMT+7 as a fixed time if each team couldn’t find a schedule to play against each other)

Phase 2 Schedule

• Upper Round 1 competition will be held on 17^th February 2021

• Upper Round 2, Lower Round 1 competitions will be held on 20^th February 2021

• Upper Round 3, Lower Round 2 and Lower Round 3 competitions will be held on 23^th February 2021

• Semi-Final, Lower Round 4, Lower Round 5, Lower Round 6 and Finals competitions will be held on 27^th February 2021

• The referees will create a room and contact both teams

*** If there are server problems or technical issues, the referees will change the rules, tracks, and time accordingly.

• การแข่งขันจะเป็นรูปแบบ (Best of 5) โดยจะเป็นโหมด Team Item ทีมใดที่ชนะก่อน 3 เกมจะได้เข้ารอบทันที

• ก่อนเริ่มทำการแข่งขัน ผู้เข้าแข่งขันจะต้องมารายงานตัวล่วงหน้าผ่านแอปพลิเคชั่น Discord อย่างน้อย 15 นาทีก่อนเวลาที่ทีมงานนัดหมายไว้ หากไม่สามารถมารายงานตัวได้ภายในเวลาที่กำหนด จะถือว่าไม่พร้อมแข่งขันและถูกปรับแพ้ทันที

• ผู้เข้าแข่งขันทุกคนจะต้องเตรียมพร้อมให้เรียบร้อยในห้อง Lobby ในแอปพลิเคชั่น Discord ของการแข่งขัน หากเกิดการหลุดระหว่างการแข่งขัน ไม่อนุญาตให้ Restart การแข่งขัน ให้ดำเนินการแข่งขันต่อจนจบ

• การถ่ายทอดสดการแข่งขัน (Livestream) จะเริ่มตั้งแต่รอบ 16 ทีมขึ้นไป ถ้าหากสมาชิกในทีมใดไม่สามารถเข้ามาเตรียมพร้อมที่หน้า Lobby ในแอปพลิเคชั่น Discord ก่อนเริ่มการแข่งขัน 15 นาที จากเวลาที่กำหนด ไม่ว่าจะด้วยเหตุผลใดก็ตาม จะถูกปรับแพ้ในการแข่งขันทันที

• การถ่ายทอดสดการแข่งขัน (Livestream) จะมีการ Delay เป็นระยะเวลา 1 นาทีตลอดการแข่งขันทีมงาน จะประกาศสายการแข่งในวันที่ 4 กุมภาพันธ์ 2564 ผ่านแอปพลิเคชั่น Discord ของการแข่งขัน

กำหนดการแข่งขัน Phase 1

• การแข่งขันรอบ 128 ทีม จะเริ่มในวันที่ 7 กุมภาพันธ์ 2564

• การแข่งขันรอบ 64 ทีม จะเริ่มในวันที่ 11 กุมภาพันธ์ 2564

• การแข่งขันรอบ 32 ทีม จะเริ่มในวันที่ 14 กุมภาพันธ์ 2564

ขั้นตอนการแข่งขัน Phase 1

• หลังจากการสุ่มตารางการแข่งขัน ทีมที่อยู่ด้านบนของตารางจะต้องเป็นฝ่ายสร้างห้องและทำการติดต่อฝ่ายตรงข้ามเพื่อนัดหมายในการแข่งขัน เมื่อตกลงกันได้ต้องทำการแจ้งเวลาแข่งขันใน Discord เท่านั้น

• ทุกทีมจะต้องนัดหมายการแข่งกันเองตั้งแต่เวลา 12.00 – 23.59 น. โดยจะมีเวลากลาง คือ 20.00 น. จากนั้นส่งผลการแข่งขันผ่านแอปพลิเคชั่น Discord ของการแข่งขันภายในเวลา 23.59 น. ของวันนั้นๆ

กำหนดการแข่งขัน Phase 2 - Live Stream

• การแข่งขันรอบ Upper Round 1 จะเริ่มในวันที่ 17 กุมภาพันธ์ 2564

• การแข่งขันรอบ Upper Round 2, Lower Round 1 จะเริ่มในวันที่ 20 กุมภาพันธ์ 2564

• การแข่งขันรอบ Upper Round 3, Lower Round 2, Lower Round 3 จะเริ่มในวันที่ 23 กุมภาพันธ์ 2564

• การแข่งขันรอบ Semifinals, Lower Round 4, Lower Round 5, Lower Round 6, Finals จะเริ่มในวันที่ 27 กุมภาพันธ์ 2564

• ทีมงานจะเป็นฝ่ายสร้างห้องและติดต่อผู้เล่นทั้ง 2 ฝ่าย

**หากกรณี Server มีปัญหา หรือเกิดปัญหาทางเทคนิค ทางผู้จัดขอเปลี่ยนกฏกติกาตามความเหมาะสม รวมถึงสนามแข่งขัน และเวลาการแข่งขัน**

• Players are not allowed to use Safety Helmet

• Players are not allowed to use Safety Headband

• All bugs and cheats are completely forbidden under any circumstance while playing in any event at KartRider Rush+ 2021 tournament

• Players, coaches, team staff, team owners as well as hosts and referees are prohibited from gambling or betting on any matches. All sorts of match-fixing and/or teaming are strictly forbidden and will be punished

• Bribing players, coaches, team staff, team owners as well as hosts and referees are completely forbidden and will be punished

• Unregistered accounts are not allowed to compete in this tournament

• If the game started with the wrong track or setting, the game has to be restarted

• If one of the teams uses any forbidden items, the match will be restarted and that team will receive a warning. If there is a 2nd warning, the team will be disqualified

• During the match, if a player suspects that another player is cheating, please record the screen and submit the video to the referees by 23.59 GMT+7 of the date of competition.

• If the teams/ players have an issue with the results or any problems. The declaration must be before 23.59 GMT+7 of the date of competition.

• The decisions made by referees are final including match result and punishment.

• All players must check and carefully choose their devices before applying to the competition since one ID should be connected to one device only. To prevent ID owners from hiring others to compete, the referees will constantly check all players’ devices through the back-end system. any players’ ID change the connected devices, the owner and their team will be disqualified and banned from every competition of KartRider Rush+ 2021 tournament. In case of the the disqualified team won the match, the lose team will proceed to the next round instead.

• ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้ Safety Helmet (หมวกกันน็อกสมาร์ท)

• ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้ Smart Headband (ที่คาดผมสมาร์ท)

• ไม่อนุญาตให้มีการใช้โปรแกรมโกง บัค หรือช่องโหว่ใดๆ เพื่อเอาชนะในการแข่งครั้งนี้

• ห้ามใช้โปรแกรมหรือทำการดัดแปลงไฟล์ต่างๆ ของเกมระหว่างการแข่งขัน รวมไปถึงการใช้อุปกรณ์ช่วยเล่น ต่างๆเพื่อเอาเปรียบผู้เข้าแข่งขันทีมอื่นๆ ถ้าทีมงานตรวจสอบพบจะถูกตัดสิทธิ์จากการแข่งขัน ผู้เข้าแข่งขันจะต้องไม่มีความประพฤติที่ส่งเสริมความรุนแรง ยั่วยุให้เกิดความขัดแย้ง หรือสร้างบรรยากาศ ที่ไม่ดีต่อการแข่งขัน

• ห้ามไม่ให้มีการพนันระหว่างการแข่งขันในทุกรูปแบบ รวมถึงห้ามส่งผลการแข่งขันให้กับผู้อื่นเพื่อใช้ในการพนันต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• ห้ามผู้เข้าแข่งขันไม่ให้มีการเสนอของขวัญ เงินรางวัล หรือสิ่งอื่นใดเป็นการติดสินบนผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการแข่งขันเพื่อให้ทีมของตนได้ผ่านเข้ารอบ

• ห้ามผู้เข้าแข่งขันใช้ตัวละครหรือบัญชีของผู้อื่นที่ไม่ได้ลงทะเบียนสมัครตั้งแต่ตอนแรกลงแข่ง หากลงทะเบียนบัญชีไหนให้ใช้บัญชีนั้นในการแข่งขันเท่านั้น

• หากทีมงานพบว่าผู้เข้าแข่งขันท่านใดมีการเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์การเล่นเกมระหว่าง ณ วันที่ลงทะเบียน ถึงวันแข่งขันวันสุดท้าย เช่น ผู้เล่นใช้เครื่อง A ณ วันลงทะเบียน แต่ ณ วันแข่งขัน ผู้เล่นใช้เครื่อง B ผู้เข้าแข่งขันท่านนั้นและสมาชิกในทีมจะถูกปรับแพ้และตัดสิทธิ์จากการแข่งทุกทัวร์นาเมนต์ของเกม KartRider Rush+ ในปี พ.ศ. 2564 และในกรณีที่ทีมที่ถูกปรับแพ้เป็นทีมที่ชนะการแข่ง ทีมที่แพ้การแข่งในรอบนั้น จะได้รับสิทธิ์เข้ารอบต่อไปแทน

• หากมีการตั้งค่าห้องแข่งขันผิด เช่น เลือกแผนที่ผิด หรือเลือกโหมดการแข่งขันผิด ให้ทำการแข่งขันใหม่เท่านั้น

• หากมีทีมใดทีมหนึ่งได้ใช้ไอเทมที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ให้ทำการแข่งขันใหม่ทันที และทีมนั้นจะถูกทำการเตือน 1 ครั้ง หากกระทำความผิดซ้ำ 2 ครั้งจะถูกปรับแพ้ทันที (อยู่ที่ดุลยพินิจของทางผู้จัดในการตัดสินและการตัดสินของผู้จัดถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด)

• ระหว่างการแข่งขัน ถ้าสงสัยหรือพบว่ามีผู้เข้าแข่งขันอื่นพยายามโกงการแข่งขันให้ทำการบันทึกภาพหรือวีดีโอและส่งให้ทีมงานตรวจสอบทันทีภายในเวลา 23.59 น. ของวันที่ทำการแข่งขัน

• Show respect to everyone involved in the tournament. This includes, but is not limited to players and staff

• Treat everyone the same way as you would like to be treated yourself.

• Always show integrity while playing in every tournament, be honest and play fair.

• Do not use any discriminatory language, including but not limited to any language regarding ethnicity, nationality, race, gender, religion, sexual orientation or personal beliefs.

• Do not use any extreme foul language, including but not limited to excessive profanity or language that is graphically sexual, grotesque, or violent.

• Do not make threats of real-world violence or other intended harm to anyone involved in the tournament.

• Do not harass, stalk, or purposely do things to make someone else feel uncomfortable or threatened.

• Do not share personal information about yourself or other individuals.

• Do not engage in, request, arrange, or offer illegal activities or materials.

• Do not impersonate other individuals.

• Do not spam, be it in text or VOIP.

• Do not share your account, your account is for your use and your use alone. Do not grant access to your account to anyone else, and do not access anyone else’s account, even with their permission.

• ผู้เล่นทุกคนต้องให้ความเคารพต่อทุกคนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการแข่งขัน รวมไปถึงผู้เข้าร่วมแข่งขัน ทีมงาน และชุมชน

• ผู้เล่นทุกคนต้องปฏิบัติต่อทุกคนแบบเดียวกับที่คุณต้องการได้รับการปฏิบัติ

• ผู้เล่นทุกคนต้องมีความซื่อสัตย์ขณะแข่งขันในการแข่งขันตลอดเวลา

• ห้ามใช้ภาษาที่มีความหยาบคาย หรือใช้เชิงเหยียดหรือกีดกันต่างๆ ในด้านชาติพันธุ์ สัญชาติ เชื้อชาติ ศาสนา เพศ รสนิยมทางเพศ หรือความเชื่อส่วนบุคคลในการแข่งขันครั้งนี้ไม่ว่าจะเป็นภาษาใดๆก็ตาม

• ห้ามแสดงความคิดเห็นต่อเหตุการณ์รุนแรงที่เกิดขึ้นทั้งนอกและในการแข่งขันรวมถึงห้ามแสดงพฤติกรรมส่อถึงความรุนแรงต่อผู้อื่นในการแข่งขัน

• ห้ามก่อกวน คุกคามหรือทำพฤติกรรมให้ผู้อื่นรู้สึกไม่สบายใจหรือรู้สึกถูกคุมคาม

• ห้ามแชร์ข้อมูลส่วนตัวของตนเองให้กับผู้อื่น ยกเว้นทีมงาน

• ห้ามยุ่งเกี่ยว ร้องขอ จัดหา และเสนอการกระทำหรือสิ่งของที่ผิดกฎหมาย

• ห้ามแอบอ้างตนเองเป็นผู้อื่น

• ห้ามสแปมทั้งในรูปแบบข้อความและเสียง

• ห้ามให้สิทธิ์การเข้าถึงบัญชีของตนเองให้กับผู้อื่น อีกทั้งห้ามเข้าถึงบัญชีของผู้อื่นถึงแม้ว่าจะได้รับอนุญาต
