1. Racers must register via Google Form link > CLICK

2. Racers who finish registering via Google Form must report yourself via Discord > CLICK

3. When connected to Discord, racers must change their Discord name into “In-game name_Team name” For Example, “CMDao_Nexon” (by clicking Change Nickname) then racers must report their real name-surname, in-game name and team name to the referee.

4. After racers finish reporting their own identity via Discord, please wait for the Referee confirmation. Referee will confirm the registration by inviting team members to Discord team room

Please note:

• Tournament registration will be done when racers finish registering via Google Form.

• First registered 128 teams will have the right to join the tournament when all team members report themselves in Discord within the announced period.

• If there are more than 128 teams registered and some team members of the first 128 teams haven't reported themselves in Discord within the announced period, the reserved team with all reported members will have the right to join the tournament respectively.

• All racers must stay in the listed countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand or Singapore and all racers must meet one of the following conditions.

1. Racers must have Indonesian, Malaysian, Filipino, Thai or Singaporean nationality.

- Referee will check racer's citizenship from a copy of the ID card or passport.

- Racer's name in a copy of ID card or passport must matched with registered name in Google Form.

2. For those who don't have the above nationalities, please provide us a copy of Work Permit Visa, Student Visa or Refugee Visa which identify that racers' actually have a residence in the 5 particular countries.

- Referee will check racer's located country from a copy of the above documents.

- Racer's name and address on a copy of the above documents must matched with registered name and address in Google Form.

Please note:

1. Racers' personal data will be kept confidentially and will be used to identify racer's identity in this tournament only.

2. Once racers submit the document through Google Form, it means racers consent to give the document to identify themselves in KartRider Rush+ Race Master SEA Tournament 2021. Those documents are a copy of ID card or passport, a copy of Work Permit Visa, Student Visa or Refugee Visa or else.

3. This rule is added and applied on 24th Mar 2021 since referee have found clues and evidences that there are racers who live "outside of the 5 designated countries" have registered for this tournament. The racers have used VPN method to create SEA server in-game characters and participate in this tournament. To be fair to all racers who follow the rules properly, referee have decided to add this rule in this tournament.

• All racers’ IDs must connect to SEA server only

• All racers must own an in-game L2 driving license or higher

• All teams must contains 4 racers with the optional of 1 sub racers

• All racers must be able to use Discord application

• All racers must not use inappropriate name. For example,

- Names that suggest hate speech, slurs or profanity, either implicitly or explicitly

- Most names that invoke or refer to any historical, ethical, or political contexts

- Names containing insults, grotesque imagery, and strong vulgarity

- If the racer wants to apply for the competition, the racer must change the in-game name before applying (Rename card can be bought)

• If the racers’ name alphabet or symbol is missing but still readable as the same name and the given member ID is matched with the game system, Referee will comply to let the racers compete in the tournament.

• All racers are not allowed to change their in-game name since they finish registering until the end of tournament or until their teams are disqualified.

• All teams are not allowed to change the racers that did not register in the registration form.

• All teams are allowed to change racers during each match (Tactical Change Purpose). However, all racers who participate in each match must be registered racers.

• The match format will be BO5 (Best of 5) for Item Team mode. The first team to win 3 games will be the winner and pass to the next round

• All racers must be ready in the lobby of Discord at least 15 minutes before the match starts. If the team is unable to be on time, we will disqualify that team for not being ready for the competition.

• All racers must be ready in the lobby of Discord during the match. If any racers lost connection in that match, match restarting is not allowed and the game will still continue.

• If there're any racers that are not in the line up joining the game room, please kick him/her out. And if you cannot kick out that person, please create a new game room. On the other hand, if the game already started with the wrong racers line-up. The match will be canceled and restarted, due to the real team member not joining the game.

• Live-streaming of the competition will be held in the phase 2 of the competition (16 teams). If any teams are unable to join and get ready in the lobby of Discord 15 minutes prior to the starting of the match for any reasons, the team will be disqualified immediately.

• Live-streaming will have a delay of 1 minute throughout the competition.

• Tournament bracket will be announced via Discord on 2 April 2021

Please note:

• After the system random the tournament bracket. Each team that stays on the top of bracket must be the one who creates the game room and appoints the opponent team for a competition match IN DISCORD ONLY.

• All teams must manage to appoint the competition match time within the scheduled date.

• After both teams get the appointed time and one team is late over 15 minutes, the delayed team will be disqualified and the opponent team will win by default.

• After the competition, please send the result to the referee via Discord before 23.59 GMT+7 / 00.59 GMT +8. Or else you will be disqualified.

Please note:

• The referees will create a room and contact both teams

• If there are server problems or technical issues, the referees will change the rules, tracks, and time accordingly.

• Racers are not allowed to use Safety Helmet or Safety Headband.

• Racers are not allowed to use karts that’s not available on the SEA server during the competition. For example, Emart Kart and Chupa Chups Kart.

• All bugs and cheats are completely forbidden under any circumstances while playing in any event at KartRider Rush+ 2021 tournament.

• Racers are not allowed to use any 3rd party program or external helping devices to play or cheat during the match.

• Racers, coaches, team staff, team owners as well as hosts and referees are prohibited from gambling or betting on any matches.

• Bribing racers, coaches, team staff, team owners as well as hosts and referees are completely forbidden and will be punished.

• Unregistered accounts are not allowed to compete in this tournament.

• Racers are not allowed to break the “Device Changing Rules” as mentioned above. If we found out that any racers are violating the rules, both the racers and the team will be disqualified from this tournament.

• If the game started with the wrong track or mode, the game has to be restarted.

• If one of the team is disconnected or out of the room by any chance after the match is started, the match cannot be restarted (resume only).

• If one of the teams uses any forbidden items, the match will be restarted and that team will receive a warning. If there is a 2nd warning, the team will be disqualified.

• During the match, if a racers suspects that another racers is cheating, please record the screen and submit the video to the referees by 23.59 GMT+7 For Thailand and Indonesia / 00.59 GMT +8 for Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines on the date of competition.

• If the teams/ racers have an issue with the results or any problems. The declaration must be before 23.59 GMT+7 For Thailand and Indonesia / 00.59 GMT +8 for Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines of the date of competition.

• The decisions made by referees are final including match result and punishment.

• Show respect to everyone involved in the tournament. This includes, but is not limited to players and staff

• Treat everyone the same way as you would like to be treated yourself.

• Always show integrity while playing in every tournament, be honest and play fair.

• Do not use any discriminatory language, including but not limited to any language regarding ethnicity, nationality, race, gender, religion, sexual orientation or personal beliefs.

• Do not use any extreme foul language, including but not limited to excessive profanity or language that is graphically sexual, grotesque, or violent.

• Do not make threats of real-world violence or other intended harm to anyone involved in the tournament.

• Do not harass, stalk, or purposely do things to make someone else feel uncomfortable or threatened.

• Do not share personal information about yourself or other individuals.

• Do not engage in, request, arrange, or offer illegal activities or materials.

• Do not impersonate other individuals.

• Do not spam, be it in text or VOIP.

• Do not share your account, your account is for your use and your use alone. Do not grant access to your account to anyone else, and do not access anyone else’s account, even with their permission.
