4.1 Racers must register via Google Form > CLICK

4.2 Teams who finish registering via Google Form, racers must enter the Discord > CLICK

4.3 When racers connected to Discord, must change their Discord name into " Team Tag_In-game name " ( Please see also the meaning of Team Tag in " 6.5.2 Team tag " ). For example, " NXT_CMDao " by clicking Change Nickname in Discord

4.4 Only the team captains must report themselves with the referee to confirm joining the tournament by informing these information to the referee in Discord:

     • Team captain’s name-surname

     • Team captain’s in-game name

     • All team members’ in-game name (Include 1 substitute racer)

4.5 After the team captains finish reporting their own identities via Discord, please wait for the Referee confirmation. ( The referee will give the “Confirm” Role via Discord )

Please note:

• The first 128 Teams who register for the tournament via Google Form will be eligible to participate in the competition when all members in the team report themselves in Discord within the specified time ( First come first serve ).

• If there are more than 128 teams registered and the team in the first 128 teams fail to report themselves via Discord within the specified time, they will be disqualified. The referee will replace those racers with the substitute teams from team rank 129 onwards.

• All racers must always check the update in the Discord.

• 1st place: - Receive 2,000 USD and an in-game item (Race Master Badge, Title and Balloon)

- The representative of SEA region to join Asian Champions Cup 2022

• 2nd place: - Receive 1,000 USD and an in-game item (Race Master Balloon)

• 3rd place: - Receive 600 USD and an in-game item (Race Master Balloon)

• 4th place: - Receive 400 USD and an in-game item (Race Master Balloon)

• All-round of 16 teams : Silver gear starter x5 & K-Coin x1,000

Please note:

• The amount above is 1 USD = 30 THB exchange rate.

• Cash reward will be paid according to the exchange rate on payment day

• Items will be directly injected into the racers’ registered character at the end of the tournament (Item sending method might be changed, if any, the referee will notify all racers later on)

• Racers must cooperate with Nexon to create tournament content

6.1 All racers must " stay in the listed countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand or Singapore " (For the stable connectivity of the internet with SEA server) and all racers must meet one of the following conditions

6.1.1 Racers must have Indonesian, Malaysian, Filipino, Thai or Singaporean nationality

• Referee will check the racer's citizenship from a copy of the ID card or passport.

• Racer's name in a copy of the ID card or passport must match with the registered name in Google Form.

6.1.2 For those who don't have the above nationalities, please provide us a copy of Work Permit Visa, Student Visa or Refugee Visa which identifies that racers have a residence in the 5 particular countries.

• Referee will check the racer's located country from a copy of the above documents.

• Racer's name on a copy of the above documents must match with the registered name in Google Form

6.1.3 Please note:

• 1. 1. 1. • All racers' information will be kept confidential and is only used to verify yourself to participate in this tournament.

           • When the racers submit those documents via Google Form, we will apply that the racers agree to submit their personal information to verify their identity in the KartRider Rush+ Race Master competition, such as a copy of their ID card, passport, copy of Work Permit Visa, Student Visa or other documents.

           • This rule was added as of March 24, 2021, as the team found clues and evidence that racers living " outside of the designated five countries " applied for the competition. The racers used a VPN method across five SEA countries and used their SEA server characters to participate in the tournament. For the justices to all racers who follow the rules properly, we decided to add the above rules.

6.2 All racers’ IDs must connect to SEA server only

6.3 All racers must own an in-game L2 driving license or higher

6.4 All racers must be able to use Discord application

6.5 In order to be ready to be representative of the SEA region in the ASIA tournament, racers must have these following Team name, Team tag and Team logo

6.5.1 Team name : Must be all English without special character or symbol

6.5.2 Team tag : Team initials which consist of 3 English letters

6.5.3 Team logo : These team logos will be broadcasted and also be shown on the competition website. The logo should be appropriate.

6.6 All racers must not use inappropriate in-game name, team name and team logo :

6.6.1 Image or name that suggests hate speech, slurs or profanity, either implicitly or explicitly

6.6.2 Image or name that invokes or refers to any organization, brand, product, historical, ethical, political contexts or others

6.6.3 Image or name that contains insults, grotesque imagery, and strong vulgarity and inappropriately to be broadcasted

6.6.4 If the referee considered the name not appropriate. The referee will ask for the racers to change to a more appropriate name. If the racers insist to not change the name, the referee can disqualify the team from the competition

6.7 After the end of the registration period, all racers are not allowed to change their in-game name since they finish registering until the end of the tournament or until their teams are disqualified.

6.8 People who do not register in the registration form are not eligible to join the tournament

7.1 The competition structure during the match will be according to “ 2.Tournament Format ”

7.2 All teams and racers must be ready in the lobby of Discord at least 15 minutes before the match starts. If the team is unable to be on time, the referee will disqualify that team for not being ready for the competition.

7.3 All racers must prepare their connectivity and network to be ready on the competition day (EX: 3G/LTE/5G/WIFI)

7.4 All racers must be ready in the lobby of Discord before the match.

7.5 If the game started with the wrong track or game mode setting, the game must be restarted

7.6 If any racer got disconnected from the game during “After the racers get out of START LINE until the end of the game” the referee will not allow the restart to be made. The game will continue with the racer who got disconnected until the match is finished. If any racer got disconnected before the game started Ex. loading screen. Please consider taking a screenshot or record the screen to use it as evidence for a rematch.

7.7 In case of the finish time of the racers are the same after the match ended. There will be no rematch. The referee will use the in-game result shown at the end of the race.

7.8 During the match, if a racers suspects that another racers is cheating, please record the screen as a evidence and submit the video to the referees by 23.59 GMT+7 | 00.59 GMT+8 on the date of competition.

7.9 If the racers have an issue with the results or any problems. The declaration must be made before 23.59 GMT+7 | 00.59 GMT+8 on the date of competition.

7.10 If there are any racers that are not in the line up joining the game room, please kick him/her out. And if you cannot kick out that person, please create a new game room. On the other hand, if the game already started with the wrong racers line-up. The match will be canceled and restarted, due to the real racers not joining the game.

7.11 Live-streaming of the competition will be held from the Round of 16 onward. If any racers are unable to join and get ready in the lobby of Discord 15 minutes prior to the starting of the match for any reason, the racers will be disqualified immediately.

7.1.2 Live-streaming will have a delay of 1 minute throughout the competition.

7.1.3 Tournament bracket will be announced via Discord on 8 November 2021 (12.00 GMT+7 | 13.00 GMT+8)

7.1.4 The decisions made by referees are final including match result and punishment.

Please note:

• After the system random the tournament bracket. Each team that stays on the top of the bracket must be the one who creates the game room and appoints the opponent team for a competition match IN DISCORD ONLY.

• All teams must manage to appoint the competition match time within the scheduled date. (The default time is 20.00 GMT+7 | 21.00 GMT+8)

• After both teams get the appointed time and one team is 15 minutes late, the late team will be disqualified and the opponent team will win by default.

• After the competition, please send the result to the referee via Discord before 23.59 GMT+7 | 00.59 GMT +8. Or else, the team will be disqualified.

• Round of 16 (Day 1) : 22 Nov 2021 (18.30 GMT+7 | 19.30 GMT+8.)

• The referees will create a room and contact the racer in the group via Discord

• If there are server problems or technical issues, the referees will change the rules, tracks, and time accordingly.

10.1 Character

10.1.1 Characters must not wear any costumes except in item mode competition. The item “ Balloon “ can be used

10.1.2 Characters that can be used in the tournament are Diz, Ethan, Dao, Bazzi, Marid, Lodumani, and Mos

10.1.3 From the round of 16 teams onwards, the characters of every racer in the same team must have the same color. The default colors are Red Team and Blue Team

10.2 Kart

10.2.1 The kart for Set 1 (Speed Team) and Set 3 (Speed Solo)

10.2.3 In team competition, racers on the same team must use different karts

10.2.4 Driftmoji is prohibited during the competition

10.3 Potential : All Racers' characters can set the Potential in the Factory to the maximum level.

10.4 Part : Racers can use Part that were exchanged from the Energy Shard that they have in their accounts.

10.5 Other items

10.5.1 Badge, Title, Pet and Flying Pet are prohibited during the competition

10.5.2 Newly added items or systems can not be used during the competition according to referee decision

11.1 Breaking competition rules

11.1.1 Use forbidden items during the match according to “ 10. Usable Items “ rules > forfeit the match
11.1.2 Consistently disrupting competition > forfeit the match
11.1.3 Interrupt the path of racers who rank higher than him/herself and are driving from behind > forfeit the match
11.1.4 Using bug or glitch during the match > forfeit the match
11.1.5 Using unauthorized hardware and software > forfeit the match
11.1.6 Using hacking program or macro > Team disqualify from the tournament
11.1.7 File a false and inaccurate objection > Warning

11.2 Violating a fair play : Ex Using Play-ins, The account used in the race does not match the registered account, Fake the winning results, Scam, Violating the rules of changing devices. > Team disqualify from the tournament

11.3 Not Showing respect to everyone involved in the tournament

11.13.1 Use any discriminatory language, including but not limited to any language regarding ethnicity, nationality, race, gender, religion, sexual orientation or personal beliefs. Use extreme foul language, including but not limited to excessive profanity or language that is graphically sexual, grotesque, or violent.> From forfeit the match – Team disqualify from the tournament (Depends on the violent)

11.13.2 Make threats of real-world violence or other intended harm to anyone involved in the tournament and the tournament. > Team disqualify from the tournament

11.4 Violating the information rule : Report a secret information. racer information, Game information without permission. > Team disqualify from the tournament

11.5 Others

11.5.1 Engage in, request, arrange, or offer illegal activities or materials. Betting in this tournament also prohibited > Team disqualify from the tournament

11.5.2 Bribing racers, coaches, team staff, team owners as well as hosts and referees are completely forbidden and will be punished > Team disqualify from the tournament
