Submission Requirements:
Participants, senders, and film producers assert through this document that they hold all necessary rights, including image rights, talent releases, and music releases, to submit the film. Additionally, they assume full responsibility for the material. Krosno Movie Days bears no financial or other liability for any submitted film.
Selection and Scheduling:
If your work is selected, it will be scheduled for one of the upcoming screening sessions.
Multiple Entries:
Multiple entries are allowed.
Film Selection Process:
Our goal is to showcase the majority of submitted films. However, the number of received works may impact our planning. The festival's head film organizers determine the selection criteria.
Submission Method:
Please submit your films through the online platform FilmFreeway. We do not accept DVDs.
Language and Subtitles:
Submissions in languages other than English must have English subtitles, which should be either embedded into the film or provided as a separate file.
Film Eligibility:
We accept all kinds of films released after the year 2012.
Short Film Criteria:
We only accept short films with a maximum duration of 15 minutes.
Disqualification Clause:
Krosno Movie Days reserves the right to disqualify any film associated with proven or otherwise illegal or criminal activities.
Screening Permission:
By submitting your film, rights holders grant Krosno Movie Days the right to screen the film during the movie sessions. This authorization is a fundamental requirement for the film's inclusion in the screening selections.
Awards & Prizes:
Krosno Movie Days serves as an international showcase dedicated to promoting independent films and fostering creative networking. In alignment with this objective, no awards are conferred.
Following the screening, all participating filmmakers will receive the LFR Laurel and Certificate via email, acknowledging their contribution to the event.
