Make a purchase at Kroger or any of its family stores like Ralphs, Fry’s, Fred Meyer, etc.
Save your receipt
Your receipt must have a Survey ID or Store details, date, and time – you'll need this to start the survey.
Go to the official website
Open your browser and visit 👉https://krogercomfeedbacks.com/
Choose your language
Pick either English or Spanish (Español) to continue.
Enter the required info
Fill in the Survey ID from your receipt.
(If you don’t have a Survey ID, enter the store number, date, and time manually.)
Answer the survey questions
You'll be asked about your shopping experience – how clean the store was, how helpful the staff were, whether you found what you needed, etc.
Submit the survey
After answering all questions, click Submit to finish.
