Treatment and Booking Policy

All prices, treatments and information are correct at the time of posting this website and are subject to change without notice.

By Booking an appointment with Krizzle Beauty you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking Fee Policy

A 50% non refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. Please have this ready to pay online.

Once you've done it, please confirm via message, otherwise the appointment will not be secured.

*Booking fee is strictly non-refundable.

This will be taken off your bill or kept as a rolling booking fee.

Minimum of 48 hours is needed to reschedule an appointment otherwise the booking fee is lost.

You may reschedule under the same booking fee once but another reschedule and you may need to pay another booking fee.

Cancellation and 'No Show' Policy

So we can have the best relationship, please read the following which strictly apply to all bookings.

Please respect that the time you book is reserved solely for you. I have a strict cancellation policy in place.

Less than 48 hours notice 50% charge

Less than 24 hours notice will be charged as no show and will require to pay 100% of the treatment price.

These are to be paid within 24 hours.

Otherwise all future appointments will be required to be paid up front.

Repeated cancellations/no shows will be refused appointments. 

Punctuality, Courtesy and Waiting Areas

Krizzle Beauty wants to ensure that every client has their dedicated treatment time to themselves therefore there is no waiting area available. To prevent more than one client in the property please ensure you arrive at your dedicated appointment slot no more than 5 minutes early.

Please let Krizzle Beauty know via phone if you are going to be more than 5 minutes late to your appointment time slot. As a courtesy to other clients following your appointment, late arrivals will result in a reduced treatment time or if over 20 minutes late the appointment may need to be rescheduled but please note this will still be at full treatment cost.

Consultations

A consultation is required for all treatments and is sent to you online before your first appointment for nails. We will need your contact details, your: name, phone number, address, postcode and email address. We will also need information about your age and health in order for a treatment to go ahead. We need all the details above in order to ensure that it is safe for us to provide the treatments

Payments

Payments accepted include Cash or by scanning a QR code ( Visa, Master Card, American Express) on the day. No bank or PayPal transfers.

Offers

Your chosen offer can't be used in conjuction with any other offer.

Only one offer can be redeemed in a day.

All offers  are subject to change without prior notice.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months only and can't be redeemed for cash.

Krizzle Beauty has the right to terminate any offer without notice.
