I am a researcher at SCK CEN, the Belgian Nuclear Research Centre, since January 2025.

Before that I was a postdoctoral fellow at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine and a junior postdoctoral fellow of the FWO (Research Foundation – Flanders) at the University of Antwerp. I received my PhD in Chemistry from the University of Antwerp in 2018 under the guidance of Prof. Erik C. Neyts, also supported by an FWO fellowship.

My research mostly revolves around the development and application of molecular modeling techniques for the simulation of chemistry and materials. For more details, please see my projects page and my CV.
