Hello! I’m Kristine Ann Cortes, a student of Hospitality Management major in Cruise Line Operations from Our Lady of Fatima University. I had my OJT at Newtown Plaza Hotel in Baguio, where I worked in the Public Area and Housekeeping departments. I learned how to keep areas clean and help guests, which gave me good experience in hotel work.

I now see myself as a dedicated and service-oriented person. I gained core skills like teamwork, problem-solving, and professionalism. This experience guided me in planning my career in the cruise line industry with confidence
