My name is Kristina, and I am a Fixed-Term Assistant Professor in the Finance Department at the Eli Broad College of Business, Michigan State University.
My research interests are in the areas of labor and finance, and corporate and behavioral finance. My sub-areas of interest are labor market interactions and private equity.
Prior to joining the Finance Department at Michigan State University, I earned my Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Connecticut in 2023 and received my B.S.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Drexel University in 2017, where I participated in the Drexel Global Scholar program.
