Salary Prediction Based on Job Descriptions

Abstract: The Internet boom has influenced the job market significantly. Recognition of the most paid and requested products in job offers is essential for recruiters and applicants. This study analyzes 20, 000 job opportunities for a Indian IT recruitment portal. In each and In every job sector like a teacher, developer, manager, hr department all sector jobs are available but maximum jobs for an experienced person. In this project, I am going to show what is salary like as an experienced person and what is the salary for a non-experience person. Actually, in this paper, we are going to deploy a model and an application on one server to predict the salary in any job market. To predict the salary of any employee I am using a 6 machine learning algorithm. Among all of the six algorithms, the linear regression model gives more accuracy and that is 88%.
