Krishna Teja Malladi

I currently work as an Operations Research Engineer at Intel Corporation. In my current role, I develop advanced optimization and economic assessment models to determine optimal capital and operational decisions at an Intel fabrication plant.

Previously, I worked as a Senior Operations Engineer with Fraser Health Authority, Canada. In this role, I worked closely with clinical and non-clinical collaborators in large capital acute care expansion projects. I supported the team with decision making using advanced analytics tools.

I obtained my PhD in Operations Research from the University of British Columbia in 2020. Prior to that, I obtained my MSc in Operations Research from the Department of Mathematics, Simon Fraser University. I hold a bachelors degree in Communication and Computer Engineering from the LNM Institute of Information Technology (deemed university), India.

My research interests include Operations Research and advanced analytics, and their applications to sustainability, energy policy, supply chains/logistics.
