1. Overview 

This Privacy Policy applies to the CPMS NER, CPMS SCR, and Rail CPMS mobile applications (collectively, "the Applications") developed by Krishna Infotech. The Applications serve as professional utility portals for authorized personnel.

2. Access and Authentication 

Access to the Applications is restricted to authorized users. Accounts are provisioned and managed by the System Administrator; there is no public self-registration or user-led account creation.

3. Data Collection 

We collect only the minimum data required for the application’s core functions:

• User Identifiers: Credentials provided by the administration for secure login.

• User Content: Documents and photographs manually uploaded by the user to support project records or status updates.

• Location Data: The Applications do not collect or track user location data (GPS).

4. Data Transmission and Security

• Transmission: Data is transmitted directly to our dedicated servers.

• Third-Party Disclosure: We do not sell, share, or disclose user data to third-party organizations. All information is for internal administrative use only.

• Permissions: The app requests access to the device camera or storage only when a user initiates a file upload.
