By the ever expanding causeless mercy of Lord Jagannatha, Baladeva and Shubadra Mayi of ISKCON Sri Jagannath Mandir, Seshadripuram, Bangalore, Bhakti Sadan, is a new innovative program that brings the Sunday Love Feast from the temple at Seshadripuram to the localities of Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Mylasandra, Kengeri and surrounding areas.
This Dynamic devotional program allows devotees that may not have the time, means or easy accessibility to the Seshadripuram temple program to receive the sweet nectar and joy of associating together and experience the Joy of Krishna Consciousness.
The Temple President, Anukul Keshav Prabhu, of ISKCON Sri Jagannath Mandir of Seshadripuram in Bangalore, was concerned about the people that cannot travel 20-25 kilometers that take 2 hours in the congested Bangalore traffic to reach the temple for the Sunday Program. Thus, the inspiration came that ISKCON should go directly to the people that cannot make it.
The Program is conducted in the evening as a replica of the Sunday Love Feast Programs at ISKCON centers worldwide. The program consists of Hari Nama Sankirtan, Tulasi Arthi, Bhagavad Gita Class, Arthi and Prasadam. There is also children’s program so that everyone in the household can be joyfully engaged. After the program, everyone is served a full meal of tasty Prasadam. All the festivals of ISKCON are also celebrated in the Bhakti Sadan to facilitate devotees to engage in the Service of their Lordships.
Sri Krishna Caitanya Mahaprahu in all His magnanimity declared that the holy name shall reach every town and village. Thus, this Bhakti Sadan program is a great new way to help practically expand and strengthen the Sankirtan mission and allow more souls to be the recipients of this great mercy of the Lord.
Currently, the program is being conducted from 5:30 PM to 8 PM every Sunday at Sri Sitarama Kapieshwara Anjeneya mandir at 3/8 Mylasandra, Kengeri Hobil, (Near Global Tech Park), Bangalore 560059.
We humbly request everyone to join the congregation and experience bliss of Krishna Consciousness and bring peace and harmony to all.
