We the people of Kreatŵand establish this constitution.
Article I - Election Process
Kreatŵand will hold vice presidential elections every six months, with the elections being in November and May. Kreatŵandi Citizens each get 1 vote. The vice president may get up to four terms of six months. If the vice president would like to, they can call a presidential election in which they and the current president are the candidates. A vice president only gets one election call per term and if they lose, a new vice president is elected. If they win, the vice president becomes president and a new vice president is elected.
Article II - Supreme Court
After each vice presidential or presidential election, the president and vice president select supreme court justices. The president may select up to three people, while the vice president may select up to two. The supreme court will decide all law issues in the country.
Article III - Kreatŵand Congress
At each vice presidential election, for every 10 citizens (including president, vice president, and supreme court justices), one congressperson is elected. The congresspeople may create, alter, and propose laws, and are the tiebreaker to any presidential or vice presidential election. They also represent the people of Kreatŵand in the government.
Article IV - The Presidential Cabinet
The President will select up to 4 people for different positions in their cabinet. The positions can vary from president to president and the president can change their cabinet whenever they would like.
