I was born in Santiago, Chile in 1984. That’s where I grew up, and where I studied Industrial Engineering at Universidad de Chile, learning business and engineering equally. I am versed in all business areas, with a strong problem solving skill-set. I’m an enthusiastic, tech savvy, organised and hardworking individual.
I also have a great passion for everything related to movies and television. That is why I spent most of 2012 learning as much as I could about the industry, including attending the Professional Program in Producing at UCLA in Los Angeles, USA.
Other things that fascinate me are food, tourism and experiencing different cultures. Which is why, during my studies, I spent an exchange term in Vancouver, Canada and, in December 2012, I moved to London, United Kingdom. Here I have spent years getting involved in the local media industry, first at a company called IMD (now known as Peach), which specializes in the worldwide distribution of TV commercials, followed by becoming Head of Post Production Sales at Aquarium Studios, an award winning, boutique audio post production company.
For the past few years I've been hard at work at Mission, both as a Business Manager and Dailies Producer, and generally leading Mission's production department. It's here that I've honed my skill set in fully understanding digital workflows for film and TV, and the importance of colour science and security when dealing with digital productions.
As you can see, I like a bit of everything. I’ve lived in London for almost a decade now, and I’m still fascinated by the endless amount of activities and the multicultural aspects of the city. I try to explore as much as I can, and meet new people on every corner. I spend most of my free time hanging out with friends, trying new restaurants and recipes, and seeing all this city has to offer.
